I am a senior. I have tried viagra once but my doc stopped it due to my heart problem. I also
tested vaccum pump. But the pump failed in my use due its design. It is also bulky to hide in the closet.

Medical vacuum pump works by placing a cylinder with an attached vacuum pump slips over the penis. The pump creates a vacuum in the cylinder, which pulls blood into the penis to create an erection. The cylinder is then removed while simultaneously a constriction band is placed at the base of the penis. Aren't you afraid you'll damage your penis with all that pressure from the pump? But I heard other men do it so, guess it's ok if you don't have any inflammation, swelling or pain. But it sounds risky to me.
